Outstanding Insurance Agency This is a great full-service insurance agency. After many of years of trying to handle my own insurance needs by going direct I finally decided to contact an agency. It was one of the best decisions I've ever made. NAU's staff was friendly and customer focused. They took the time to explore all of my options for all of my insurance needs and explained everything to me in "layman's" terms. I now have my auto, life and renter's insurance with them. NAU is one of "Those Places" I've been a happy North American Underwriters customer since I got my license at 16. A new driver with limited funds, I called everyone in the phone book for a quote for my old Ford. Even though I was a new driver with an old car, the NAU agent made me feel valued. I remember the agent really took his time explaining everything to me (I only knew I needed insurance to register the car); including that I did NOT need comprehension & collision on my old car.

I have been a long time customer of NAU.  I wanted to acknowledge an employee, Leah Adler.  An employee who I have had few conversations with, but worth commenting on.    Not only has she effectively and efficiently always answered my questions in the past, but does it politely, professionally, and frankly in a kind manner.  In the days of all the hustle and bustle, simple politeness usually is hard to come by.  I applaud you for hiring, not only a competent and extremely helpful  employee, but also respectful.  She is an example of wonderful customer service!
