Town Officials Encourage Hamden Residents to Report Structural DamagesBy
Many of those living in Hamden, CT have encountered structural damages to their homes as a result of the May 15th tornado. Mayor Curt Balzano Leng and Hamden’s Building Department Officials are encouraging those who have experienced damages to their homes and properties to report them to the Hamden Building Department for inspection.
The Town will conduct these inspections for damages caused by the tornado at no cost to property owners.
Hamden Building Department Hours:
Monday – Friday
7:30am – 4:30pm
Property owners who have experienced structural damage due to the storm should contact the Department any time after 8:30am to schedule an inspection appointment. The Department can be reached at 203-287-7160.
